Install a "EFD" in your vehicle if you drive in ex flooding areas putting at risk the life of your children, Remember those who forget the past are doom to repeat it .
I can’t imagine the
extreme suffering of the children before they drownthis is the main reason I come up with the “EFD” I already give my idea to Toyota, Honda, Nissan , Renault, VW, Ferrari, Ford...... but ignore my idea to save children with bad drivers, so the next people that is going to die for any flooding in the World, their blood will be in their hands as they have the technology to improve their vehicles, my idea of the "EFD" is one of them, sure they brilliant people can come up with something better but they won’t put any Emergency Flotation Device in their cars; “EFD” as it will disrupt the chain production of the new cars coming out. How many more children they need to die before the Auto Makers do the right thing even if they cost millions in loss production, what price you put in the life of a child what about 4.

family allows me I would like to name
the different designs of “EFD” like them, Dominic-Xavier-Devy-Daysy as the will be different “EFD” for different
kind of vehicles. We have the technology to make it happen, let’s use it to
save lives.
Now is for all the people that been affect it, to contact the
automakers to come aboard with my idea and build it in the cars, then that
cars will be sold a special price to all the people that lost their cars
because of the flooding.I
offer my idea freely so there is not red tape delaying the production of any
“EFD”.
They should never be forgotten, they should live forever in our
memories. I'm writing these with tears in my eyes as I have 2 boys 5 and
2, I will be destroy if my children where in that Van or any vehicle drive by an idiot that try to cross a flood it road putting the life of children at risk, if at least the vehicle had install "EFD" they will have a 50-50 chance of survive, without it they were doom from the moment he start the van knowing about the flooding around Huston and
same time furious if the car makers from now on don't try make their vehicles safer in case
of a Flood, don't need to use my "EFD" idea, if someone
have a better idea Excellent but they must do something!; Don't need to install any kind of EFD in all the vehicles, you could find the same vehicle with "EFD" and without "EFD" that will be cheaper and will not be drive in places that suffer any kind of flooding or the driver will be risking the lives of their children.
I can’t do more than what I did come up
with a solution, so these unfair horrible deaths won’t happen again, E-Mail all the car makers and
offer it freely to them... if the car makers don’t want to listen is for the buyers of their cars to
ask for that Safety System to be implemented!
We are in the 21first century, we should be having flying cars and I'm not talking idiotic designs the look like toy drones with 4 fans; I'm taking about the real deal vehicles with a little fusion power plant capable of producing huge amount of energy that will lift the car and take it anywhere, but that is Miles From Tomorrow.
Today we have the technology at least to make any "EFD" happen, let’s use it to save lives. Let's keep
our children safe.
Honestly as I give the idea
freely I don’t get any profit from it just going to be a lot of work for
me as no one have an idea how to do it, I will have to work with anyone interested
in the project, show them how is done where the sensors are, the tanks of
helium, where the flotation’s devices will be hidden, ready to pop up in any
flooding emergency etc, etc .....
Please get the car makers to catch a wake up, we should not buy a car for how pretty or powerful it is but how safe it is and yes even a "Volvo" will sink like a rock and kill all the occupants if it doesn't have some kind of "EFD".

events that happen in Huston Texas after Hurricane Harvey Kill about 50 people
one to many, put at risk 1 million people and for sure Katrina 1500 dead people
& huge losses. Here in South Africa we don’t have Hurricanes but huge
storms now and then like the one happen in Durban South Africa on Tuesday

Same is on the way to
happen in Australia, the weather is changing all over the world for worst, here
in Cape Town it just stop raining the Dams are dry and in the future it will depend on
Desalination Plants to survive.
Seeing all this losses of lives I wonder if the scientists &
car designers are doing anything to prevent such a tragic losses of lives from
happening again; Because what happen in Huston it will happen again, is just a
matter of time. So you have the power to make a car maker to listen and be
positive about my idea that will give to the people of Huston a fighting chance
when get flood it again. As I say I have the solution, it may sound far fetch
but it will work, USA have the technology but not the imagination that’s why no
one ever thought about it; Imagine any car that as soon it sense water rushing
in the Bonnet, a few centimetres before touching the air intake of the motor it
will deploy automatically the” EFD” (Emergency Flotation Device); We know that
all cars have some kind of buoyancy as when they fall in a lake they don’t go
down like a rock, so the EFD help to keep the car floating, is not miles from
tomorrow, is science fact; I can have a prototype in 3 month with the right
help, then the idea can be patent, I offer the Idea freely to the Investor or
car maker that believe on me and my idea, I just I want to stop the people from
drowning in their cars. Remember once the EFD is deploy the car will activate
an GPS “Beacon” using his own power source, a slim lithium ion battery in the
roof,100% waterproof that will alert the tracing company the EFD been deploy
& that family needs help and then they will come to rescue them, no matter
where they are. If that car is in risk to be wash away from rapid water, the
driver can deploy the 2 grappling hooks one in each side that will stop the car
very quickly.
I'm sorry I could not come with this idea sooner it could save
thousands of lives taken by the Hurricane Katrina and Harvey, but now is the
time to give to the vehicles of the people that drive in areas that suffer any kind of flooding a fighting chance to survive if ever they are in the position of been push away while crossing a road with a few inches of water; The safety system that will deploy
automatically and save all the ocupants.
